My approach is to HELP YOU REGAIN EMOTIONAL STRENGTH.

My perspective to therapy is relational and psychodynamic. I have helped individuals respond to challenging emotions by building a healthy outlook through introspection. My work using evidence based practice in treating female sexual disorders, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder, addictions, stress management, helps building better, healthier you. Together, we will achieve an alignment of mind and body.

I have affinity in working with the South Asian culture and feel privileged to work with individuals from various ethnic backgrounds and life experiences. I am bilingual and conduct sessions in English and Hindi and offer unique perspective by using holistic approach.
