Talk therapy can help you break the cycle of disturbing thoughts and help you reconnect with yourself. I am an eclectic therapist and integrate different treatment modalities like Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness to address your needs. Talking about your thoughts and feelings can help you deal with times when you feel troubled about something. If you turn a worry over and over in your mind, the worry can grow. Talk therapy constructively connects you with negative thoughts and feelings, helps you learn how to handle them and make positive changes, and create a thriving community for yourself. Individual therapy may be considered for many reasons including:

Sessions are typically one to two times a week, are 45-50 minutes in length and great for: life-long depression and anxiety, stress management, eating disorder recovery, relationship issues, grief/loss and processing trauma.
